One-Time Product Purchases
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible one-time purchase products. To be eligible for a return:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Sensory TheraPLAY Box Subscription
We do not accept returns on Sensory TheraPLAY subscription boxes once they have shipped. However:

If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please notify us at support@sensorytheraplaybox.com within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of our curation and shipping process, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once a subscription box has shipped.

All sales of digital products (including e-books, guides, and PDFs) are final and non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return (if eligible), and then place a separate order for the new item.
🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
